ROLE: Usher / Hospitality Desk Check-In / Baggage Handler / Wheelchair Support
CONTRACT TYPE: Freelance Contractor
RATE: SGD 12 – SGD 15 per hour
LOCATION: In Person, across multiple locations in Singapore

ABOUT THE ROLES
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-service-oriented individuals for multiple roles to provide support at various locations, such as pier terminals, hotels, and airports. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Usher:
- Assist and greet guests upon arrival at the pier terminal, hotels, or airports.
- Direct guests to appropriate areas and provide clear information.
- Manage queues and ensure smooth crowd movement.
2. Hospitality Desk Check-In:
- Welcome and assist guests arriving at the airport or pier.
- Facilitate passenger check-in and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
3. Baggage Handler:
- Assist guests with tagging their luggage appropriately.
- Address any luggage-related issues and ensure compliance with safety protocols
4. Wheelchair Support:
- Provide assistance to passengers with limited mobility by escorting them safely through the terminal using a wheelchair.
- Ensure comfort and safety by following proper wheelchair handling guidelines and providing courteous, respectful service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, which may require standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work during odd hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly and approachable attitude.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
