Job Description
- To handle camp bookings and respond to customer enquiries regarding camps and general enquiries
- To handle clerical and administrative tasks
- Camp Set-Up and Pack Down
- Assist with Supervision of Camp Logistics and Camp Operations
- Manage complaints and feedbacks of customers
- Attend to customer inquiries on channels such as emails, online chat platforms and phone calls.
- Assist with report generation for reporting purposes
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or undergraduate degree with a focus on business, marketing or events
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, customer service, event management
- Highly organised, excellent problem solver, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- A dedicated team player with the ability to be independent when required
- Have a pleasant, friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
