We are looking for a motivated Sales Excellence Intern to support our portfolio companies with internal projects and daily tasks that improve the efficiency of their sales processes. This is a great opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data management, and process improvement in a dynamic business setting.
What you will be doing
- Leads generation and management: Develop new leads and manage existing leads pipeline including reporting.
- Support Sales Processes: Help optimize and streamline sales processes to make them more efficient and effective. Assist in documenting workflows and procedures.
- Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data in our CRM. Assist with creating reports and dashboards to track sales performance metrics.
- Sales Tools Support: Help implement and maintain sales tools (e.g., CRM systems), provide user support, and troubleshoot issues.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer data to support sales strategy.
- Internal Projects: Assist with key projects that aim to improve the overall operations of the sales team. Take on specific tasks and deliver results.
- Administrative Support: Help with organizing meetings, managing project files, and tracking task progress for the sales operations team. Take notes during meetings
What you need to be successful
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in sales, business operations, and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
