Cap 1 Financial – Social Media / Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the team with the creation of media/content/assets for marketing campaigns to be implemented on social media, physical print media and other mediums/platforms.
2. Help with the drafting/designing of presentation materials to clients.
3. Identify leads and plan marketing and promotional materials.
4. Conducting research on competitor brands and products, and analyzing said research to aid the marketing team in making key decisions for marketing campaigns, new products and special projects.
5. Gathering and analyzing social media analytics to help draft insightful reports.
6. Contribute to general administrative tasks, including sourcing marketing related quotations and business development tasks such as sourcing and liasing with leads.
7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. With proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Regular user of various social media platforms;
5. Naturally creative and positive, with a flair for innovation;
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
