Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR team and learn how HR impacts the business in start-ups.
  • Talent Acquisition and talent mapping of business environments
  • Assisting in organizing and coordination of company programmes and events
  • Maintain an accurate HR database and updating of employee records in the HR system
  • Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Assisting in reviewing of the current HR SOPs
  • Other adhoc tasks as required
