You will be assisting the team with the Additional Property Tax computations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough comb-throughs on additional property tax payable by tenants
• Run through relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
• Check on the viability of claw backs from tenants
• Prepare and send letters to tenants on relevant claw backs of property tax payable when initiated
• Respond and interact with tenants on their queries
• Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
• Track and monitor payments by tenants
• Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
• Final year poly diploma
• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Valuation, or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
• Knowledge of real estate or valuation will be an advantage
• Meticulous and pro-active
