Responsibilities
- Support periodic REIT compliance reporting to the Audit Committee
- Coordinate with respective reporting parties on the reporting requirements
- Review reports from respective reporting parties and prepare reporting documents for circulation
- Monitor regulatory changes and identify the relevance and application to CapitaLand Group
- Should there be any regulatory developments, perform gap analysis or benchmarking on the regulatory requirements against the internal control framework
- Prepare emails to seek consultation feedbacks from the REIT and Fund Management teams
- Review CMSL related policies and procedures, and provide recommendations to improve
- Conduct consultations with process owners
- Support the implementation of REITs compliance initiatives
- Design and develop initiatives to reach out to staff members on compliance obligation
- Prepare communication slides to educate staff members on regulatory requirements or internal control framework which the management has put in place
- Participate in training sessions
- Assist in the implementation of new AML Screening Solutions
- Assist in carrying out compliance independent reviews
- Support the team lead in carrying out audit procedures based on the approved plan by the Audit Committee
Requirements
- Preferred studies in Accounting or Business
- Good command of English (written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous
