Job Description
We are a newly established social enterprise, if you believe in applying yourself to create social impact and making a difference through practical actions, here’s a good place to be. Every idea, every effort in your internship will help to pave foundations in building a more inclusive environment.
Work directly with the co-founders in our cozy and café-styled home-office that is just a stone-throw away from Pasir Ris MRT. Free flow of coffee and tea and of course FREE WIFI! ☺ Expect to work hard and play hard and grow together! We make a point to get some exercise together once a week too!
If you are keen to gain experience and insights into the training/education and the social enterprise scene, this position offers you a lot of exposure if you are willing to work hard! Mid-career switchers are welcome and there is opportunity to convert to a full-time position after the internship if you perform exceptionally well.

• Brainstorm ideas and strategies for business development
• Research, identify and follow up with new sales opportunities
• Generate new sources of revenue for company through identifying opportunities to offer new and existing services that support or diversity existing offerings
• Brainstorm ideas and implement marketing campaigns
• Manage online marketing and social media channels
Requirements:
• Proactive, resourceful, willingness to work smart and hard!
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write well to appeal to our target audience
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus
