Job Description
Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests.
To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.

To participate in planning of corporate events, private functions and coordination within the different functions in the company.
Require to do presentation to clients of different menus arrangement according to occasions need.
Require to participate in in-house wine courses.
To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
To present bills to diners, collect payment.
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings and laying of tables etc.
