Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator at Carnival Wiz], you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring the seamless execution of events. You will work closely with our sales team to support their efforts in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets. From initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met and events are executed flawlessly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events industry. If not, training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
