Administrative Support
-Handle daily office operations, document management, and correspondence.
-Organise and maintain files, records, and internal databases.
-Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing
-Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer payments
-Maintain and update customer databases for lead generation.
-Assist with motor insurance and with customer inquiries and follow-ups when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- A proactive and independent worker with a problem-solving mindset.
