Job Description
- Perform Accounts Payable functions (Trade & Nontrade)
- Ensure accounts payable invoices are processed accurately and timely.
- Prepare online banking fund transfers and payment vouchers.
- Liaising with suppliers/intercompany/working partners to follow up on payment/billing matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing via Google Drive.
- Maintain and update cashbook and bank statements daily.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
