CARRO is looking for a versatile, hardworking, and independent intern to assist in community management and content creation for a new page we are launching. Working for CARRO gives you the opportunity to experience the exciting, fast-paced startup environment firsthand while gaining invaluable marketing experience and take ownership of projects even as an intern!
Key Responsibilities
Identify popular topics from research on Car Forums/Facebook Groups etc.
Plan and create new content based on existing keywords, categories, etc.
Assist in community management of our website
Monitor, track, and report on feedback/reviews/questions
Respond to customer questions and website inquiries in a timely manner
Other Adhoc marketing duties as required
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/diploma course for Marketing, Communications or a similar field
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Hardworking and dedicated outlook
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
(Bonus) Experience with community management and content creation
(Bonus) Basic knowledge of the automotive industry in Singapore
