Job Summary:
Plan and build potential partnerships that expand that B2B, B2C value that Carro can provide to different customer groups in order to drive more motor trading activities through Carro’s platform.
Drive and champion corporate programs to incentivize corporate employees to utilize Carro for different motoring skills
- Expand and extend relationships with existing corporate partners and service providers to Carro’s platform
- Build partnerships with new companies that provide synergistic service and offerings to Carro’s core and auxiliary B2B and B2C services
- Develop leads through corporate employee benefits programs to drive core Carro’s products and services
Job Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in partnership management or business development role
- Possess strong ability to critically analyze and understand the underlying value proposition and economics of partnering with potential companies
- Excellent communication skills with senior management in large corporations
- Gritty personality with a can-do attitude to reach companies of all sizes
- Possess a track record of building & managing strong business propositions and pipelines
- Strong interest in cars (Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous)
- Creative in building win-win scenarios for both Carro and potential partners
