What our MBAs’ do:
As an MBA, you will be trained and guided by our Marketplace Management team of high-performing, service-driven leaders, and will subsequently be responsible for directly communicating and supporting our customers at one of the following Marketplace business lines:
- Car Buying (Online Dealership)
- Car Selling (“Sell your car through Carro”
- Car Subscriptions (Carro LEAP program - first in Asia!)
You are expected to perform the following with grit and passion:
- Provide timely and strong all-around follow-up with customers from multi-channel inquiries
- Solve customer’s needs from start to finish, ensuring that our customers have nothing by great reviews from their experience with us
- Proactively work closely with other Marketplace teams when customers require multiple services at the same time
- Ensure that all inquiries and responses meet our Carro-promised Response Times and Follow-up Schedules
What we look for in our MBAs:
Highly driven and customer-obsessed individuals who fulfill the following requirements:
- Experience with sales in fast-paced consumer-facing services (e.g. credit card, roadshow promoters, inside sales)
- Enjoys building meaningful relationships with customers, and proactively solve their problems
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Go-getter and customer-obsessed attitude
- Knowledge / Passion of Automobiles are advantageous
- Collaborative in nature
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and honesty
