We are looking for a Social Media Intern to be part of our growing in-house marketing team based in Singapore. The selected candidate will be working to support the marketing team in managing all social media platforms, with the option of learning performance marketing and SEO optimization.
This is a minimum of 3 months paid, full-time internship. Successful candidates may also get the option to be offered full-time employment.
Job responsibilities
- Manage content calendar and schedule organic content on CARRO’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tik Tok.
- Writing content marketing for blog posts to drive SEO and traffic.
- Understanding and writing compelling copy for the different social media channels and needs
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of paid and organic content through reporting and insights (not limited to social media)
- Assist in end-to-end social media campaign planning, including content ideation
- Conduct market research and identify trends
- Operational support and ad-hoc duties as required
- Optional learning opportunity: Performance marketing (note: under the guidance of Group Performance Marketing Manager)
- Optional learning opportunity: Search Engine Optimization (under the guidance of SEO Specialist)
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduate/ fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Media-related courses
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must understand social media and how it works
- Must be good & comfortable working with numbers and related tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Growth mindset, openness to learning new things & taking ownership
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-moving tech company
