1. Possess ITE NITEC, GCE "N" Level Certificate

Job Duties
1. Handle and process customers order for products such as generating invoices, updating delivery schedule and records
2. Contact customers regarding order quantity and handle phone calls/e-mails from customers regarding order requests, enquiries and concerns
3. Update customer information, sales reports to support Sales Team and generate Monthly Statement of Accounts to customer.
4. Update Inventory Movement Records for assigned products
5. Perform general admin work to support sales team such as filing of invoices, delivery orders, documents and order stationaries and supplies for company.
