Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and preparation of contracts. 
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation programs and documentation. 

Performance Management 

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal systems. 
  • Monitor and coordinate employee’s confirmation on a monthly basis, ensuring timely appraisals by their immediate supervisors via performance appraisal forms. 
  • Prepare and assist the HR Manager in the yearly performance appraisal exercise and Annual Increment. 

Training and Development 

  • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars. 
  • Track training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of programs. 

HR Administration 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR records/system.
  • Preparation of any HR related letters (Certificate of Employment, Confirmation, Annual Increment, Bonuses, Transfer, Re-Designation, Promotion, Resignation, Termination, Misconduct, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage all mandatory medical checkups for employees, as well as employee insurance claims. 

Offboarding 

  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees, including resignations, terminations, and retirements. 
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure all offboarding documentation is completed, including the preparation of final payslips, tax forms, and Certificates of Employment. 
  • Ensure the recovery of any issued company assets (e.g., laptops, access cards) and/or revoke system access. 

Additional Duties 

- Participate in any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
