Job Description
- Online Order Processing with company laptop
- Handle incoming phone calls & emails
- Schedule for 3PL parcel pickup
- Assist Bookshop In-Charge on pick & pack
- Serve walk-in customers
- Any other adhoc tasks assign by individual bookshop in-charge
