As part of our eCommerce Operations Team, you’ll be tasked with supporting our team in the day-to-day responsibilities, with the opportunity to be part of process improvements and projects that we are rolling out to improve our customer’s shopping experience with us. As our eCommerce Operations Intern, your job scope is as per below.
- Support eCommerce activities across order management, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction management.
- Support marketing activities around listing optimization, campaign performance tracking, and social engagement.
- Support business data gathering and dashboard building.
- Carry out performance metrics tracking and develop insights for driving optimization.
Job Requirements
- Major in Business / IT / Engineering preferred
- High interest in eCommerce. Related background knowledge preferred.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and prioritization skills.
- Good technical skills
- Comprehensive understanding on system flow. eCommerce (e.g. Shopify)/ERP system-related experience is preferred.
- Data analysis & processing skills – usage of Excel. HTML/Python skills preferred.
- Team player, self-motivated, able to deliver under tight timelines.
Internship Details
- Starting Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 to 6 Months
- Days per Week: Minimum 4 to 5 Days, others TBD
- Salary: To be discussed.
