Castlery is looking for a curious and passionate Employer Branding & Recruitment rockstar intern to join our People & Culture team!
As an Employer Branding & Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in building and promoting Castlery as the employer of choice, as well as actively contributing to the recruitment process. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition and employer branding, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Intern - Immediate Availability
What you’ll be doing
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand presence
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to showcase our company values and employee experience
- Liaise, plan and organize engagement events or activities with schools and organizations we are partnering with, including career fairs and networking sessions
- Support end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening to onboarding
- Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and recruitment process
- Maximize your exposure and be involve in other people & culture team related initiatives if they are of your interest and align with your development plan
What you’ll need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and has the ability to generate engaging content for different platforms
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn
- Passionate in people and experiences
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months
