Castlery is looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to join the Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence Team.
In this role, you will be working with the Operations Teams from Singapore, Australia, and US to drive and standardize the best practices to ensure quality roll outs in different markets.
You will be dealing with problems relating to furniture delivery as well as new 3PL setup and onboarding.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with subject matter experts to create a playbook for onboarding future 3PL partners both operationally and systematically.
- Work with local operations team to create SOPs to guide 3PL partners in these markets.
- Identify 3PL service quality drivers and undertake root cause analysis to identify ways to improve customer experience.
- Support the Operations Excellence Manager in coordinating and executing strategic projects.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices in operations management and process improvement methodologies.
What You’ll Need
- Strong interest in 3PL Logistics Operations.
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree/diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, synthesize, and integrate ideas from diverse stakeholders.
- Very organized thoughts and being able to document these in a structured manner.
- Keen in using analytical frameworks to solve problems.
- Experience of using SQL, Python and statistical models for data analysis is a plus.
- Able to commit full-time/part time for a minimum of 3 months.
