Cat Box Singapore is a startup focusing on creating design-to-value toys for cats. Like how people need activities to keep themselves busy, our mission is to keep felines busy and smart with every play.
The Role
We are seeking a superstar Marketing Intern who can commit to our growing startup for at least four months. As part of your training, we empower you to be creative, think critically and make decisions. We want entrepreneurial self-starters who crave a taste of working in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up environment.
You will be writing and or curating content for a variety of different audiences, interacting with the state-of-the-art in AI and working on SEO.
Social Media Content Creation
o Create engaging and compelling content to drive eyeballs and engagement
o Utilise Canva and or other AI-driven platforms to curate compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, promotional flyers and digital advertisements, campaigns, ensuring alignment with Co-founders’ brand standards and messaging
o Develop innovative and engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, as well as other emerging platforms, to drive leads and enquiries
o Stay current with social media trends and ensure the timely rollout of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the pet and pet care communities.
Digital Marketing
o Assist in curating landing pages to drive leads
o Participate in the ideation and development of digital games to support lead-generation efforts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design, particularly Canva, WordPress, Google AMP and other digital formats.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and familiarity with social media content creation and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a flair for design and storytelling, capable of producing content that engages and informs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen interest in the pet care, travel and technology sectors, with a desire to contribute to the growth and development of a startup and growth of social content platforms
