You will be involved in the following HR function for our cineplexes :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Payroll processing for part-time staff
• Conduct on-boarding process including induction programs for new joiners
• Plan and organise employee engagement activities to foster good relationship between employees
• Provide appropriate communication, consultation and advice on HR policies and practices
• Prepare employment related correspondence and general documentations
• Assist in training and development programs and government grant applications
• Involve in ad hoc assignments
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
1. Ensure compliance of regulations with Ministry of Manpower
2. Able to excel in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
3. Able to work independently and be a team player
4. Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
5. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
6. Highly positive personality and able to establish good working relationships with colleagues
7. Good analytical and problem solving skills
8. Attention to detail in all aspects of work
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
· With at least 2 years of HR generalist role
