Property Executive (New Opening)

You will be involved in the mechanical and electrical related matters for our cineplexes which include repairs, preventive & maintenance works as well as conducting routine checks.  You will handle assigned tasks independently and supervise contractor / service providers in completing works.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Conduct investigation on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment failure and recommend appropriate remedy

Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance/improvements including ad-hoc repairs of all outlets M&E related works

Coordinate and supervise the contractors on the supply, installation and commissioning of M&E equipment.

Assist the team in all AV and Projector related equipment troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance works

Any other tasks as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

Experience in Mechanical and Electrical maintenance/repairs

GENERAL TARGETS:

Deliver an effective cyclical preventive and maintenance service program for all outlets

Ensure timely execution of all outlets maintenance and is maintained to the highest possible standards and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and regulation guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

·           Minimum 2 years of related experience in Mechanical and Electrical repair & maintenance

·           Certification in Mechanical / Electrical / Building services or Engineering
