Job Description

Looking for candidates whom want to have a holistic work experience at a consultancy firm that deals with high net-worth clients.

 

The incumbent is expected to assist all clients in the preparation and submission of documents in accordance to standards set in place by the relevant governing authorities. As such, the candidate would also be expected to be kept abreast with relevant and complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the immigration sector to ensure that clients are advised accurately and professionally. Additionally, the candidate is expected to also develop customer relationship that promotes retention and loyalty whilst maintaining excellent service standards. 

 

The Incumbent will perform the following responsibilities:

1.Assists clients in gathering and submitting the required documents in accordance to the standards.

2.Keeps up-to-date the relevant and complete knowledge of the immigration sector to advise clients accurately and professionally.

3.Provides insights to current immigration trends and strategize an angle for which the application to receive a favourable outcome. 

4.Communicates with clients and understanding their immigration requirements

5.Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn

6.Maintains excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

7.Coordinates with different governing bodies such as MOM, ACRA and ICA on behalf of the client

8.Maintains an accurate record of all services provided and life cycle of each qualifying lead. 

9.Works closely with Expatriates Relations team to review current SOPs and work processes to increase work efficiency as a team.

10.Undertakes all other duties and administrative tasks necessary and required by the Company to ensure that the Company’s work and affairs are in order.
