CBLD Pte Ltd – HR Intern

Reporting to: HR Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR training courseware development including but not limited to research on new developments in the HR field, best practices in HR functions and competency-based materials
• Assist in development of learner’s guide and presentation slides based on guidelines given
• Research and develop HR toolkits
• Assist in development of competency frameworks
• Develop and maintain HR information databases and searchable resources

Education & Experience
• Pursuing degree in HR, business management (specializing in HR) or related field
• Experience in HR work eg. recruitment & onboarding, learning and development, performance management
