Job Description
  • Manage the Cleaning, Landscaping, Security and M&E contracts to include holding monthly supplier meetings and completing monthly supplier measurements within agreed timescale.
  • Manage the Cleaning contract and carrying out cleaning quality checks on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the Security contract in line with the Client Security policy to promote a safe and secure working environment. Partner and support Client with their security policy to assure commercial and personal security, liaising with Client Security representative where necessary.
  • Management of building maintenance and all contractors who carry out works on site. Liaise, report and log defects over and above minor rectification, work with M&E engineers to ensure PPM is carried out to schedule.
  • Ensure Annual Plan is maintained at all times to identify when statutory works, meetings and other key events are being carried out.
  • Monitor the conference room booking system, ensure weekly event list of VIP meetings is issued to ensure we deliver a proactive and professional service to Client
  • Action improvements identified during the building and workplace inspections
  • Log helpdesk calls for contractor faults and required improvements.
  • Escalate urgent issues identified through to the FM.
  • Provide assistance with basic office moves and work with the project team during on site projects, providing assistance where necessary
  • Maintain and actively work on the account filing system, keeping it up to date and within the procedure
  • Raise purchase orders as required and ensure that financial processes are adhered to at all times. Ensure FMIS financial system is checked to ensure Purchase Orders are released for payment promptly, and invoice queries are managed through to resolution.
  • Complete supplier measurements within the agreed timescales. Escalate issues and action plan
  • Maintain the SHE manual system. Ensure maintenance is carried out in line with procedures, using the permit to work system where applicable.
  • Continually communicate building issues to end users, client and Management team
  • Work with and support other members of the FM team.

Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • No work experience required. There will be on-ground training by Facilities Manager.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work at Changi Business Park.
