1. Responsibilities & Duties:
• Credit Documentation: Assist in the management of loan agreements, security documents, and other related documentation.
• Customer File Maintenance: Help to maintain and organize customer credit files, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes ensuring the customer’s CP/CS terms, undertaking, and covenants are all fulfilled in the required timeframe.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Enter and update credit-related data into the company’s internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Customer Communication: Support the Credit Administration team in liaising with customers regarding undertaking documents submission, etc.
• Process Improvements: Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline credit operations and enhance efficiency.
• Ad hoc Support: Provide additional support to the Credit Administration team on various tasks and special projects as needed.
