Job Description

OVERVIEW

As a Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. You will have opportunities to hone your skills by working on various projects under the guidance of senior members of the team. In addition, you will have a chance to participate in company meetings and external events.

At the end of your internship, you would have gained valuable exposure to areas such as HR compliance, onboarding/orientation, recruitment, organisation structuring, employee relations, rewards management, learning & development and development.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support talent acquisition by posting open positions on external job portals and campus sites.
  • Coordinate with job applicants for interviews with hiring team.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training agenda and facilitating training sessions.
  • Responsible for preparing and updating internal communication via the company intranet.
  • Organise events and activities for team building purposes.
  • Assist with vendor management, transaction coordination, payments / billing administration, office facilities management and documentation support.
  • Support other departments as and when required.


REQUIREMENTS 

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess high level of integrity and confidentiality for all business and private matters.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) is required.
