We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.
You will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness of the Sales organisation and identifying opportunities to improve business processes. New hires within this role will be initially exposed to the Sales function, processes and activities as an Inside Sales Representative so as to build essential field experience. You will engage in thorough market research, competitor analysis, monitoring of the sales pipelines and proper closing of monthly sales activities.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a ‘can-do’ personality, possess strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. You should also embrace challenges and seek continuous improvements to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
THE TEAM
The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in all operations aspects of the Sales function, providing core support towards the development of business initiatives, company procedures and sales strategies. This involves managing processes for sales planning, sales enablement and campaign management in line with business goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the month-end closing process by monitoring sales results via pipelines and opportunities, as well as tracking revenue attainment.
- Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
- Data mining from CRM system to develop business reports and publish dashboards to support business planning.
- Accurate maintenance and tracking of sales-related data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper segmentation within the database.
- Identify issues and recommend solutions to further enhance and support the Sales and Marketing functions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Prior experience in sales operations, business analytics or research roles would be ideal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Working knowledge in Salesforce is preferred, but not essential.
- Detail oriented, analytical, highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pro-active and highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
