- assist to manage and maintain outlet smooth operations, including online marketplaces and ecommerce.
- Assist to check monthly commission and verify outlet daily transactions.
- Control and manage inventories movement.
- Assist to set outlet standard operating procedures and key performance indicators.
- Handle online chats and messages
- Organise meetings and events.
- Assist to handle and resolve customer issues and complaints
- And any other administrative duties.
- Able to work well with others.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Form
