HR Business Partner (HRBP) Internship
- Do you have an interest in or a passion for Human Resources in a large and dynamic organization? This internship aims to give an inside look at a potential career path in HR, by providing opportunities to experience the end-to-end Hire to Exit process. The intern will also be exposed to various functions across departments during the course of the internship and understand how an organization works on a holistic level.
Intern will:
- Gain hands-on experience in stakeholder management
- Be involved in Process-mapping and HR content design
- Participate in staff meetings
Responsibilities:
- Establish recruitment needs and requirement from hiring manager
- Facilitate interview process and conduct background checks of candidates
- Participate in learning content development on HR policies
- Review recruitment process documentation and ensure records are kept up-to-date
Requirements:
- 2nd or penultimate year students pursuing a Degree
- Have an interest in Human Resources
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
