This is a flexible position that allows for remote work, which requires flexibility and availability to engage with customers across different time zones. The intern will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, participating in meetings, and supporting our global expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients through various communication channels (email, phone, chat) to maintain and enhance relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in meetings with banks and other businesses to secure deals and partnerships.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and partners.

Requirements:
