CEVA Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd – Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

Job Scope:

• Act as point of contact between warehouse employees and customer on day to day orders fulfilment
• Liaise with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
• Preparation of reports and status updates to customer whenever necessary
• Develop and maintain excellent services to internal and external stakeholders at all times
• Ensure all customer’s request and enquires are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error
• Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery
• Perform timely and accurate billing
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of experience in the supply chain / logistics industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Able to cope with high volume of work

• 15 Pandan Crescent (Shuttle Service from / to Clementi MRT)
• Mon to Thu: 0900 – 1800hrs, Fri: 0830 – 1730hrs
• Alt Sat: 0900 – 1300hrs
