Job Description
- Post advertisements on various job portals (Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture)
- Shortlist profiles based on hiring manager’s requirements
- Conduct the 1st level pre-screening for candidates who meet the requirements
- Arrange interviews between line managers and candidates
- Send interview invites and meeting links to line managers and candidates / book meeting rooms
- Liaise with selected candidates and collect their documentation for validation
- Assist to prepare Letter of Appointments, monthly reports eg headcount, absenteeism and OT reports
- Oher administrative duties including filling, photocopying, scanning of documents
