To support operation and commercial teams in deployed area / function through data gathering, analysis and providing recommendations / reports, as well as substantial participation in contract renewals or extensions, design of solutions, business development, financial analysis, business improvement and implementation projects
Key Accountabilities
- Analyses data from various sources, provides recommendations, and distributes reports to management to resolve operational issues, regular reporting and as part of project assignments.
- Assists in the development and measurement of KPI’s and operational improvement processes for a site / function
- Creates and disseminates various reports as requested (creates, revises, changes on a daily basis according to customer’s / manager’s requirements)
- Works as full member of a project team to achieve the overall project milestones and deliverables
- Frequently demonstrates progress with current work and presents his intermediate results to the Steering Committee for consideration
- Works proactively and initiates communication with any stakeholder that needs to be involved if necessary. Follows up on work independently and makes others aware of challenges to the assignment
- Demonstrates willingness in continuously learning and improving and displays learned behavior / knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related field of study
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent skill in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Business level English language skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate to employees of various functions and positions effectively
- Knowledge of quality systems and procedures
- Knowledge of general supply chain concepts
