Job Description

About the role

Reporting into our Head of Sustainability APAC as well as collaborating with all the countries in the region, you will provide support on various sustainability-related tasks and projects. This 6-month full-time internship will commence July 2025. 

What you will be doing

High involvement in the engagement of APAC CSR network:

  • Be responsible for the deployment of AcTogether, our internal CSR Challenge. Evaluate and validate actions. Engage APAC countries' teams to participate (communication, monitoring etc)
  • Participate in environmental reporting (monthly data collection, impact surveys, analysis, quarterly reviews) and help the countries structure their CSR programs
  • Contribute to the APAC newsletter Go Green

Support environmental-focused initiatives including for customers:

  • Participate in the search of new, innovative ideas to support the Company's sustainability targets
  • Support GHG Emissions calculation and decarbonization efforts
  • Create benchmarks, questionnaires, surveys related to green supply chain

Support awareness raising initiatives:

  • Organize quarterly employee engagement event
  • Contribute to internal training programs for our Sales and Operations Teams
  • Ad-hoc support on NGO/ Community engagement projects

The successful candidate

Essential

  • Passionate about environmental challenges and solutions
  • Organized, meticulous and analytical
  • Keen to learn, fast learner, proactive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English

Desirable

  • Prior knowledge in CSR is a plus
  • Proficiency in advanced excel
