PROJECT Engineer

Core Scope: To be the go-to person for the project, the site engineer should have their finger on the pulse of everything related to the project. 

• Be the eyes, ears and mouth of the project.
• Safety - Zero Injuries in the Workplace/On-Site
• Monthly/Weekly/Daily reporting to clients and senior engineer.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods & sequencing.
• Develop a basic to intermediate design knowledge.

Secondary Scope: Maintenance and Servicing.

• To ensure building life safety systems are fit for purpose and able to perform in a FIRE situation. 
• Core scope during the first 6 to 9 months of training
• Monitoring System Performance & Give clients ease of mind.
• To be proficient in equipment troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services /Recognised equivalent qualification )
• Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the local building construction industry, in the mechanical/electrical field.
• Certificates: Supervise Construction Work (SCW) - previously known as BCSS; Work at height supervisor; Risk Management Implementation & Assessment under WSH
• Skills: AutoCAD Drafting. Intermediate Computer Skills – used for scheduling, creating spreadsheets, writing reports, and corresponding by email.
• Fresh diploma/degree holders are welcome to apply. A bond of at least 2 years may apply.
• Internship applicants must work for a minimum duration of 6 months.
