Job Description

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to:
a) Gather requirements and conduct workshops with business users using user stories, mock up screens, acceptance criteria, etc to define user scope and requirements.
b) Design applications taking into account the user experience and customer journey that meet the user requirements.
c) Conduct workshops and organize discussions with users and IT to finalize application design.
d) Document requirements and designs into detailed specifications and liaise with users and IT for acceptance.
e) Able to assess client requirements and study the potential impact and propose solutions that meet the project and business objectives.
f) Prepare test cases and expected results and document them down into prescribed format and follow up with business users for acceptance.
g) Prepare the required test data that can be used to test all the test cases.
h) Support users to perform User Acceptance Testing.
i) Troubleshoot the defects raised in testing and liaise with the fix team for resolution.
j) Support other testing activities like regression test and performance test.
k) Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
l) Conduct market and competitive research, customer research, insights and identify and incorporate industry best practices. 

Job Requirements 
To thrive and be successful in this role, the incumbent should have / be:
a) Preferably major in technology and business domain.
b) Have keen interest in digital solutions, design thinking, UI/UX, business analysis, agile project management.
c) Good understanding and interest in Equities trading.
d) Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes.
e) A positive and can do attitude in the work is a must.
f) Customer-centric and think out of the box.
g) Keen interest in emerging digital trends and how to apply them to improve our digital customer experience.
h) Strong and effective communicator.
i) Good analytical and problem solving skills.
j) Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
k) Able to apply design and experience thinking.
l) Strong acumen in business process analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation.
m) Knowledge in agile or iterative analysis, design and delivery methods.
