We are seeking for a self-motivated individual who is customer-centric, can improve customer satisfaction on our Equities online trading platform and able to contribute fresh ideas to better serve our retail customers and internal users.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Gather requirements and conduct workshops with business users using user stories, mock up screens, acceptance criteria, etc to define user scope and requirements.
• Design applications taking into account the user experience and journey that meets the user requirements.
• Conduct workshops and organize discussions with users and IT to finalize application design.
• Document requirements and designs into detailed specifications and liaise with users and IT for acceptance.
• Able to assess client requirements and study the potential impact and propose solutions that meet the project and business objectives.
• Prepare test cases and expected results and document them down into prescribed format and follow up with business users for acceptance.
• Prepare the required test data that can be used to test all the test cases.
• Support users to perform User Acceptance Testing.
• Troubleshoot the defects raised in testing and liaise with the fix team for resolution.
• Support other testing activities like regression test and performance test.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct market and competitive research, customer research, insights and identify and incorporate industry best practices.
