Job Description

This internship is aimed at providing exciting real-world and well-rounded information technology experience in the dynamic financial sector in Singapore.

The primary job function will be to provide internal consulting services and to assist the helpdesk team to handle calls and assign tickets.


The job responsibilities can be divided into 3 main areas:

1. People - Liaise and work with both users and helpdesk so that the requests are attended.

2. Process - Assist in attending calls and assigning tickets.

3. Tools - Intern will be using ticketing system called JIRA. Training will be provided


As these are important initiatives to the organization, the ideal candidates need to be driven, self-motivated and critical-thinking. Technical background/training will be a bonus but not mandatory. Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel and Power point will be added advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for students to get real-world exposure, build invaluable network and gain a head start to the dynamic financial industry in Singapore.
