Challenger Technologies Limited – IT Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace faulty hard drives in desktops and laptops
• Repair laptops by replacing parts such as screens, keyboards, and motherboards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems
• Install new software and hardware on clients' computers
• Identify and resolve network issues
• Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
• Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of computer systems

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
