Job Description

Role and Responsibilities 

The intern will be assigned to CAG Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business (EDEB)’s Strategy and Performance section. The section’s main role is to help orchestrate Changi’s digital dream through innovative strategies and collaborations, as well as performance tracking and optimisation. He/she will have the opportunity to be involved in projects such as:

Job Description 

  • Personalisation Roadmap – Orchestrate efforts across digital product and channel owners to achieve a hyper-personalised and omni-channel experience for the customer.
  • Digital Ecosystem Performance – Enhance and automate how we may measure and monitor digital ecosystem metrics across multiple stakeholders, and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Partnerships – Support the team in securing strategic partnerships that may help expand the enterprise digital ecosystem. 
  • Voice of the Customer – Support the team in development and tracking of action items related to orchestrating this, including evaluation of suitable platforms and monitoring NPS scores and follow-up action.
  • Ad-hoc projects & admin duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements/ Preferred Skills 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous and independent with attention to details and ability to multi-task effectively. Keen learner with a passion for building engaging product experiences. Experience with user research, product launch, and/or familiarity with digital products will be a plus.
