Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute all marketing activities to meet business goals including advertising and promotional activities: traditional, in-store, online, direct, and local marketing activities.
- Execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns and review execution.
- Set up campaigns and ads to optimize for various KPls (conversions, awareness, traffic...) across multiple paid channels.
- Effectively optimize targeting and segmentation as well as the allocations of budgets across multiple paid channels in order to generate cost-effective actions and conversions.
- Social Media initiatives: create social media calendars, post on social media platforms, enhance the reach and optimize.
- Update and maintain e-commerce website.
- Liaise with the design team to share a brief on the campaigns.
- Analyze and report performance for the website across all the channels.
- Conduct post-campaign reporting and analysis to deliver reports on the performance of marketing and e-commerce campaigns. Able to make data-driven recommendations for optimization and to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels.
- Monitor competitors' activities and get insights. Stay up to date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
- Drive e-Commerce business growth by analyzing trends/ opportunities, executing, and implementing tactical programs that leverage those trends/ opportunities
- Enhance e-Commerce customer experience. This includes the development of customer retention and loyalty programs.
Key Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience: Experience in a tech, E-commerce, or Startup environment preferred with a proven track record of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns
- ln-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across all the digital ecosystems that include, but not limited to paid media platforms, Google Network, Social Media platforms, and SEO.
- Hands-on experience of planning and buying digital media on platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, Shopping Ads, Display, video), Facebook and e-commerce platforms ads.
- Hand-on experience setting up, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook, and affiliate campaigns.
- Hands-on experience/exposure in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools and setting up measuring strategies.
- Equipped with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Knowledge with A/B and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience in E-commerce Campaigns
- Social Media Marketing initiatives
- Email Marketing campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
