Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment of retail operational roles

• Liaise with recruitment agencies/portals such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn and recruitment agencies

• Build network with local institutions and government agencies such as WSG, e2i and SBF

• Posting on job boards and social media pages (telegram, Facebook, Instagram etc)

• Explore new recruitment channels and sources to tap on

• Manage and coordinate various job fairs and walk in interviews 

• Support Appointment & follow-up onboarding matters, contract renewals and conversions

• Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

• Handling of all grievance and disciplinary cases 

• Ensure processes aligned with Company’s SOP and MOM regulations

• Planning of staff engagement activities

• Any other ad-hoc duties

 

Minimum Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or Business Partnership Role, preferably with experience managing blue collar workers

• Ability and willing to manage key stakeholders especially at an operational level

• Good knowledge of MOM Regulations and Employment legislations

• Independent and resourceful

• Ability to communicate effectively, possessing good stakeholder management skills
