Job Description
- Manage inventories and day to day order provisioning
- Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date
- Participate in counting of physical inventory
- Delivery order creation & management
- Coordinating, tracking & expediting of orders as required
- Attend and handle order related queries
- Perform and abide to all Operational & Sales Procedures
- Collate and prepare weekly & Monthly report
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or GCE ‘O’/ “N” Level
- Minimum 2 years' experience in CS, Ops support & logistics role preferred
- Positive attitude with strong desire to achieve
- Possess good communication
- Possess basic computer skills (excel etc.)
- Willing to work beyond working hours or weekends
- Comfortable to work in stressful and fast paced environment
- Dynamic, excellent multi-tasking skills, high adaptability in changing work requirements
- Proactive, Collaborative and a team player
