Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing calendars, scheduling and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the Head of Department of important tasks and deadlines
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, meeting minutes
- To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives as and when required
- To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner
- Undertakes adhoc assignments and assist in the administrative support activities

- Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organizational and research skills
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
