1. Make outbound calls/ contacts to new customers to provide them with guidance and support to onboard
2. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers who has challenges using the app
3. Handle customer's other inquiries that may arise during the contact
4. Follow up of escalated cases with internal stakeholders for complex cases and ensure closure
5. Maintain a high customer service standard while interacting with customers
6. Follow up with a survey for customers
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably a telecommunication environment.
2. Must be customer-centric
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. Resilient, collaborative, and proactive
5. Problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement
6. Savvy with mobile applications and basic technical troubleshooting skills
7. Open and eager to learn
