Established in 2012, Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd (CTS Pte Ltd), a subsidiary of Changi Airport Group, redefines travel experience by providing curated travel solutions to corporate clients and mass consumers’ needs beyond Singapore Changi Airport.
CTS has established dependent entities across majority of countries in Asia. Travel Recommends targets travellers touring Asia with the focus on Southeast Asia. Changi Recommends, travel label by CTS Pte Ltd, serves the needs of free and independent travelers, taking convenience beyond the airport.
We are currently seeking an intern to assist our advertising team. This candidate will create and curate online content in addition to assisting with Singapore map distribution in airport terminals.
Intern Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist team members in Map replenishment on airport racks of all 4 terminals (including collecting packages from storeroom using baggage trolley)
- Conduct research on what are the trending lifestyle and travel topics in Singapore and other destinations.
- Produce short listicles on trending topics
- Assist in formatting, sourcing images from hotels and various attractions and places of interests for the travel content, and uploading the content to the website
Qualification and Characteristics
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, English, Literature or equivalent
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Physically fit – must have the ability to carry small packages of maps
- Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candour
- Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring/knowledge sharing among team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge in Adobe illustrator/ Photoshop / Canva
- Effective communication in English
